Payment Policy

Payment for services is due at the time of the visit. We accept most insurance plans and file all insurance claims. We ask that patients pay for the portion of services not covered by insurance at the time of service.

For your convenience we accept cash and credit cards (VISA, Master Card, and Discover). We do not accept checks. You may also make a payment over the phone with a credit card. Please contact our financial department to discuss any special needs pertaining to your account prior to your appointment.

If you require special testing, procedures, or surgery, our personnel will make all arrangements, including obtaining referrals and precertification from your insurance company.
